Cautions:

Our factories are still operational and every action has been taken to protect the health of our employees and community.

We are still fulfilling orders on a daily basis, however, things are moving slower than they would be in normal conditions.

As a direct result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, production and delivery times have been delayed by up to 10 business days than the time frame below.

Please be patient as we work to get shipments out as quickly as possible, with everyone’s safety in mind.

To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and these following time periods:

  • Production time: The time when your order waits in production queue until being produced.
  • Shipping time: From the time package is handed over to the delivery company to when it arrives at its destination. It depends on proximity to our facility in Detroit, Michigan.

In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs adjustment, it may take a few days for our designer to create a complete art file. Designing time frame will be depend on the complex of your adjustment, it can be from 1-5 days or more.

Please note:

1. The above time frame is only applied for orders to the United States with standard shipping method. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

2. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.

3. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be postponed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.

4. Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out.

5. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

- If your order has been shipped out, a Tracking Number will be sent to you via email.
- Contact us at: support@wigi9.com when you have any concerns referring to your orders.


* Why isn't the tracking data showing on my tracking number?

- For US orders: Tracking numbers may take up to 5 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.

- For International orders: Tracking numbers may take up to 10 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.

- If it has been taken more than 7 days for a US order or more than 10 days for an international order and your tracking data is still not showing, please get in contact with our support team via support@wigi9.com


* I never received my package, what should I do?

Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt.

- For U.S orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 30 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.

- For International orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 45 days and tracking data is showing we will replace or refund these orders.

* How much the shipping cost?

Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method. The shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.


* Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country? (for international customers)

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
